UBS’s forecast of 275 basis points of Fed funds rate cuts in 2024
That is almost four times the market consensus.
According to UBS strategists, the Fed’s rate cuts will be much deeper than currently priced in by the markets. The strategists expect the federal funds rate to fall to between 2.5% and 2.75% by the end of 2024.
